Completion is and after install walk through with the owner to ensure satisfactory is complete.

I thought it would be a small fix but they broke it to me the whole roof had to be redone and broke it down and showed me in easy to understand terms on why. They went out of their way to fit me into an already booked schedule to allow me to get back on track for the sale, did the job fast and right. I couldn't be happier."
