Initially we were a little guarded because of all the horror stories you hear about shiesty contractors, but our experience with Paul has been nothing but positive throughout the entire build. For example, there were a couple crucial details that were not described by our engineer, and Paul worked hard to determine the right course of action. The best part about this renovation was that Alvaro did the work himself with very good eye on details, as well he is very knowledgeable on plumbing, tiles, carpentry and electrical.
