I would not use them again. All they did was apparently the heat and not the cold air return. So, they only did half. I should have guessed since I got a decent price for it. The price was good, but they only did half the ducts. They wanted several hundred dollars to do the rest. I told them to forget it. As far as I know, the quality was fine. Their responsiveness and punctuality was good.
