Full Speed Plumbing & Drains

I had a sewer line that was backing up, and Full Speed showed up same-day. An initial $3,000 estimate to jet the line quickly turned into a quote for $6,000 to install a clean-out and then jet the line. At the end of the day I paid the $6,000 and was left with a broken sewer line, a hole in the yard, no new clean-out (because there actually was one), and a quote for over $20,000 to replace the entire line. Another contractor was willing and able to clean out the line, repair the pipe, and fill the hole for less than $2,000. I have called the number multiple times and have been told to email. Multiple emails have gone unanswered as well. Adding this review so that others don't get grifted in the same manner.

I needed a quick repair after a copper pipe cap blew in the cold weather. It blew on a Friday night, I called Sat AM and made an appt for Monday morning for arrival time between 8-noon. The tech finally arrived around 3:30 PM and was able to repair the issue and restore water in less than 1/2 hour. Total bill was $1,826! I would rate a one star due to gauging, but at least the job was accomplished.

Good work however there was definite sticker shock for basic work - I suggest IT ppl become plumbers or hire Individual Independent Plumbers

I asked them to come out to look at a clogged toilet and clogged kitchen sink. The price was I think around 79 dollars. They were speedy, technician was polite. The technician did not even touch the toilet or the kitchen sink. Quoted me $500 to try to unclog the toilet with an augar. I said no thank you and paid the service. Called Seatown Services. They unclogged it for around $100.A plastic cap had fallen in the toilet. It took all of ten minutes. I saSomeoneved about $300.00. Will call them for an estimate for the sink repair. You decide which one you would want.
