When he was almost done, he tested the water flow and asked if it was always this small. I didn't pay adequate attention, and said yes..it's an old house. We didn't turn on the SHOWER, and should have tested there also. Turns out debris from inside the pipes clogged the new cartridge! I called Raman after my cold, dribbly shower the next day and he promptly returned to clean-out the filter, no extra charge for my lack of attention to detail. Quite happy w/the repair."

They removed the old leaking pipe and installed a new black iron pipe and painted it and did an excellent job.
