He sourced all the parts (and included copies of the receipts with his invoice), then installed them for us, done inside of three days, with a final check on Monday when we came into work. He installed the toilets and faucets first, waiting until the weekend to replace the water heater so that he wouldn't inconvenience anyone. He also hauled away all of the old appliances after installing the new ones.
