This individual Willaim R Fenton, contracted out to Lake Chelan Construction Company, Inc. I had no knowledge this occurred. Nor did I even know who Next Century Homes, Inc was until late Feb 2012.
Mr. Fenton left the jobsite in Dec 2011, his portion of the job was complete. He returned in Feb 2012, let himself into the building and removed personal items from the building without my consent. It took me 3 weeks to get those personal items back with threat of law enforcement. It was a thief. He had no business returning to the jobsite. I had to replace all keys and locks.
Work was below par. Roof nailing to the rafters was completely missed on several rafters. The deck has a 1 inch sag in the middle of it.
I would avoid using this company or this individual at all costs.
