Came quickly and ordered new screen. Came and removed old door and installed new replacement.

I first contacted Integrity Glass in April about getting a quote to close in my front porch with a sliding door, 4 windows and back storm door. They arrived exactly when we agreed to meet, right on time. A very nice young man named Karl took all the measurements and said I'd receive a quote the next day. The very next day I received my quote, very reasonably priced, and we scheduled in two weeks for the installation. I cannot express how pleased I was with the installation! They not only installed the door, but finished everything off with some nice exterior trim, caulking, the whole works. All I had to do was paint. I absolutely LOVED working with Integrity Glass and LOVED the quality of work they did.

This company was the best I have ever worked with. The even installed my skylights on a Saturday. Above and beyond what other companies were willing to do. Very reasonably priced, easy to work with, and the two gentleman who did the installation were very personable. They answered all my questions and even took the time to visit with my 5 year old who had a lot of questions of course. I would highly recommend this company!

My family was on a vacation in Lake Chelan with friends. One of our friends 4 year old daughter walked through the screen door and ripped it. This was my grandpa and grandmas lake house, and being a good family member I told her that I would take care of the screen door, ie....take it home and fix it. She said, and quot;oh no, not a problem... I will have this company fix it so you don't have to bother yourself....and quot; Not wanting to argue with my grandma, I said ok, bring me the bill. What a mistake. I could have fixed this myself for 35$ and could have had another company fix it for 50$ and quot;Integrityand quot; glass charged my 90 year old grandma $118 to fix a screen in a sliding door. This company also quoted me 700$ to fix a small hole in my car seat....
Steer clear of this company. Taking advantage of my 90 year old grandma is as low as it gets.

It's a family owned business and the husbands wife works at the company also and she asked me to get my insurance information and she would call them and get it paid for by the insurance company while her husband fixed my windshield for me. I was impressed with their ability to go beyond and help their customer. They do auto glass repair and they also do home glass installation. The service was good and the product was good. I will definitely use them again in the future, no doubt about it; I would recommend them to everybody.
