"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

Eric was extremely responsive and arrived at the scheduled time. He was thorough in his questioning and had a bid back to us in less than 48 hours. He just got the job done. My wife is extremely fussy about quality of work, so at the end of each day I was nervous that she might find faults that I didn't see. Instead of concerns, she was ecstatic with the daily progress. The accomodating, easy mannerism made it clear to both of us that this was our project, not his. He made it clear that our satisfaction was his goal. Erik's communication using email in the evenings to keep us informed was a tremendous help. I have 438 unread emails in my inbox. There is no way that I would have taken this time to pay for the Angie's List service and write this recommendation unless Dirt Pros had gone over the top to make the job enjoyable at a cost that seems very fair. I can't recommend them high enough. Shoot, my wife has even called people to tell them about Dirt Pros. Eric is solid!"

After the water mitigation and decontamination was complete, we needed to repair/restore the damaged areas. We are repeat customers and have worked with Overlake Heating & Air Conditioning for regular annual furnace inspections and a duct cleaning. We have been pleased every time and this time was no different.

I met with Rob on Monday (3/9). He was responsive and gave helpful information about the options available for air conditioner units and the process for getting one installed. He got us an installation appointment for the very next day.

The installers arrived at the promised time the next day and worked diligently for about 6.5 hours, into the early evening. They were positive, friendly, and patient about answering our questions. Their workmanship was high quality and they explained what would happen on day two of the installation. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned the garage where they were working.

The second day of installation was today (3/13). An electrician (Linder Electric) and an Overlake service technician came out to finish the installation. We weren't here when they performed the work, but again the end results all looked clean, nice, and organized.

The Overlake scheduler and office staff are excellent about communicating updates. We appreciate the responsiveness, reliability, expertise, and professionalism of all of the Overlake staff and definitely recommend them.
