Thank you, Danika Plumbing, for excellent customer care. There was only day between the service call and day of service. Expectations set for service call, diagnosis, etc. My serviceman was named Travis. He arrived promptly to address what appeared to be a dead disposal. Quickly diagnosed a potential blown circuit, something caught in the mechanics. Utilized his experience and tools to support his theory, reset the system, problem resolved. Efficient! I would call on Danika/Travis again.

Excellent quick response. 2 technicians, 1 of which was an apprentice were on the job within a half hour to replace the main shutoff valve to the house. Were able improv on the fly without all the existing parts needed to replace what was there before and were in and out in 2 hours.

Our company recently switched to Danika for all of our job plumbing repairs/installations. They've been prompt and on time to every appointment. Gave me an estimate, and sent two people. There was a problem and told that they wil get back but they never did. No response at all.

"Actually that's incorrect and Mr. [Member Name Removed] and you actually declined the opportunity to mitigate this issue with Angi List team once the facts came to light. We couldn't replace your water heater because the floor under it was completely rotted out. Our plumber showed you the floor and told you that you needed to fix it before we continued and told you directly that we didn't do that sort of work but would refer you to a company that might. We did exactly that, however that company never contacted you. After a bit, you called our office, exactly one time, looking for progress and we told you again that you still needed to fix the flooring, that it was your responsibility but once again we would try and find you some help, which we did, contacting a contracting company, giving them your info. We are not framers, and don't do flooring, the problem is your responsibility and needed to be fixed before we could safely continue. Instead of doing that, you chose to hire a completely different plumbing company and start the process all over again. That company fixed your floor and your water heater. In the intern, when the company we referred you to did get ahold of you, you told the owner of that company that you didn't need his services. You've taken issue with us because we didn't respond, when in reality we were waiting on you to fix your floor. It should be noted that other than calling our company, exactly one time ( all incoming numbers are tracked so we verified this ) the only other communication that we've seen from you was the above posted complaint, no other calls, emails or text's. When we spoke to you on the phone you told us that you called our company together with an Angie's List representative trying to solve the situation. We verified with the Angies List representative ( whom we've spoken to several times regarding this issue) that this simplify is not true. We pride ourselves in the work we do and love our customers Mr [Member Name Removed]. This situation is unfortunate, but, your complaint isn't factual."

Great! They located the line, material it was made with, the different depths, and provided video so we could see where roots were growing in the line. Answered all our questions which helped us determine the best way to proceed at removing a tree and stump from the property.

I've used Danika a couple times over the past few years. The first time was a toilet replacement that went fine. My most recent experience was quite poor, and I wouldn't use them again. I called Danika to unclog my kitchen sink. During the process of unclogging, they incorrectly inserted the snake above the cleanout, which likely caused the pipe crack that they then discovered there. They then charged me a high fee to repair the crack that they likely caused, nor were they able to clear the clog. They promised to call back with a quote for the next step but never did. So overall, I paid over $1,200 and spent hours of time to be back where I started, and they didn't follow up to help me fix the problem. Another plumber with better tools came out and fixed the clog in 15 minutes for a reasonable price.

Fantastic! I didn't get the name of the technicians, but they did a great job. The lead was courteous and gave me confidence in their abilities before they even lifted a finger. They were on time and handled the funky unforeseen issues with ease. The price was also very competitive. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use them in future.

Tony took my call on a Thursday night -- quickly helping me to assess if my hot water heater was dead, trying to save me an unnecessary visit if possible. Once we determined I likely needed a new tank, he gave me both an immediate and next-day option. To save money, I chose the next day option, and Dustin and Jordan were great when they arrived the next morning! They quickly confirmed that my hot water heater was in fact dead, and they provided me with some options so I could choose the best approach, understanding both the issues and my budget. They were efficient, professional, very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. I'd absolutely call Danika in the future.

Everything went great. Two techs came out. Couldn’t do the work on first inspection only because their suppliers (of the water heater) were closed for a holiday. But they arrived on time the following day. Each tech working on the two different projects. Finished pretty much at the same time. I had a lot of confidence in their workmanship. Would hire again

Most other estimates either came too high or contractors never gave an estimate due to the electric to gas conversion part of the work. TOny from Danika was attentive, understood what I wanted to do and gave a reasonable cost estimate. The work was completed on time but the warehouse had given the wrong model. I had ordered a 94% but what was installed was the 80% efficient water heater. I had to only text the discrepancy and they offered to come back at install the correct model for no extra charge. Honest hardworking professionals.

We have used Danika Plumbing for our home and rentals. They are super responsive and have dealt with all of our issues quickly.
They are open to solving plumbing problems in ways that will fit your budget, rather than the most expensive way that other plumbing
companies suggest. Some companies we have used in the past have a "make money first, customer service second" attitude but
not Danika. My husband and I trust that they will do the job correctly.

They are good. Their professionalism is really good and their punctuality is not so good sometimes although they do come the day they say they are. I've always known them to be on time but sometimes they are late and I understand.
