"We are very pleased with the work done. Work teams were timely, efficient, made efforts to communicate status and next steps; if there were delays, they explained why. David Murphy and this team used creative problem solving, asked questions and help determine the best course of action. They also tracked time carefully, and when there might be a few minutes left on a basic service call, would return to do additional work at no charge. Invoices included detailed time accounting. Plus, they are all just nice people .... good to talk to. We have really appreciated their services and will likely use them again, soon!"
