"We are very pleased with the work done. Work teams were timely, efficient, made efforts to communicate status and next steps; if there were delays, they explained why. David Murphy and this team used creative problem solving, asked questions and help determine the best course of action. They also tracked time carefully, and when there might be a few minutes left on a basic service call, would return to do additional work at no charge. Invoices included detailed time accounting. Plus, they are all just nice people .... good to talk to. We have really appreciated their services and will likely use them again, soon!"

Our desire is that you will look here in our website for answers to questions or concerns you might have. More often than not this is where you will find them. It will probably be a faster answer than waiting for a return call from Guy that night; especially if it is during June - August, the busiest time of our season. While other areas of our country might have very interesting bugs and insects, our only concern for our clients are the ones that will concern them in protecting their homes here in the Pacific Northwest.
