"Our front porch was in really bad shape - it'd been neglected for years!! Christopher & Company gave it a good pressure wash and applied a sealant in about half a day. By the following morning we were able to use our deck again. We had considered replacing the deck boards but I'm glad we went with this option instead.

"Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."
