Some of the services involved rather technical tasks that we could not perform ourselves (correcting defectively functioning door hinges, adjusting and modifying door hardware, re-caulking between countertops and under mount sinks, caulking between cabinet trim and the ceiling, touching up paint, and securing a loose outdoor porch post to a concrete walkway.)
