"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

"Jorge Castillon was called for an asphalt shingle roof replacement. He was very prompt from the first contact to the completion of the job. He and his other 2 roofers did an amazing job on the 5,000 sq. ft. roof. They were on time every day and worked their butts off to complete the job in 4 1/2 days. They were also very good at cleaning up at the end of each workday. The mess from the tear off was handled very well with the majority of it being carried to one spot and dropped into a trailer. They had ample tarps down to minimize nails and staples from being everywhere. I really cannot see how any roofer could have done a better job from start to finish than Castillon Roofing did.
