We have never had frozen pipes in our system with them doing the pre-winter maintenance. If there is every a problem and we need a service call there is always someone in the office to take a call. We have never had to leave a call back number and wait. We have had the same service tech for the last twelve years. Always on time, very professional. and knows what he is doing.
