He is very knowledgeable and was able to give a quote on the spot. As it turns out, the project we were considering (a brink knee wall and an iron fence) was more extensive (and therefore more expensive) than we anticipated. So, though Joe is very professional and we are confident that he would be able to do a good job, we have decided not to go ahead at this time."
