"We made an excellent choice when we had North Cal Services do our vinyl plank floors and tile. They were both professional and pleasant. Rudy Milanez came to give us an estimate. Having had several other companies out before, we knew we had several problem areas, but Rudy had solutions. Both men were hard workers, but they went the extra mile. Every night they moved a small couch so my husband could watch the news and baseball. We highly recommend North Cal Services and plan to use them on our next project."
