However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work.
