This review is for the preliminary process I had with CD Paver Management. The day the initial estimate took place I met Cary and Rueben. I immediately knew this was the company I wanted to work with. We discussed a preliminary plan and a general overview of options, which was followed up by an estimate a few days later. The estimate was competitive with another estimate I had received and better than a couple others I had received (I had 4 estimates total). I chose CD Pavement Management over the other competitive company because I trusted in the quality of this company over the other company. After the estimate, I met with Cary to refine the plan. Part of the plan was to remove a 900 SF deck (very large deck) and a rock wall along with other aesthetics such as lights, a bench and a circular area for a fire pit. The way payment works for this company works is you pay 50% of the project cost upfront and then the other 50% when the project is complete, and you are 100% satisfied in the work. At the time of this review, I have paid the 50% of the project cost and my deck has been removed. After the removal of the deck, it was noticed that my foundation has an elevation jump in it. This is the reason for my initial review - CD Paver Management will work with you and adapt to changes as the project progresses. In my case, we will now create a tiered system to match the foundation of my house. This is an excellent quality in a company, and this is what I believe separates CD Paver Management from other companies (in addition to the quality of the workmanship, which I will soon experience and am confident in). This change will come as a change order. I am totally excited for this project - more excited than any other home project I have experienced by far. I have been taking photos and videos of the entire project and will share them as an edit in this review or a separate review for project workmanship of this company. I am not adding a project cost to this review because every project is unique and for that reason - cost should not be a deciding factor. This company is the company that you will want to hire for your hardscaping needs, I have no doubt in my mind

Now I often double back at the true transformation his team was able to complete, by installing real stone over the face of my attached garage and the face of my home, then replacing a rotted wood pathway with a stone pathway

We had very old mortar and a fallen arch on our chimneys. Burt chiseled out the old mortar and packed the joints- even coloring the grout to complement the brick. The rebuilt arch looks great too! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Burt!

The job was a big one. We knew we would need a new roof when we bought the house but didn’t know the extent of it. They did the job the right way and fixed the problem. They had a pretty good sized crew and finished most of the job in under a week. We had to wait for the skylights since they were custom. We had a couple little issues with some leaks from skylights and they sent someone out to evaluate and reseal them. I would recommend this company

Jerrod the owner of Archstone was emphatic to point out that he is one of the best if not the best and a very conscientious and honest man. He said the mortar on exterior house wall is very hard and can't be ground out. Per his expert advise the best things is pressure wash and scrape out loose and damaged mortar and use sponging technique to fill in cavities with type S mortar. I understood and agreed asking for care with pressure washer. Quote was $2922 before tax. He said the wall wouldn't look much better than it does now but he would get all the places having egregious deterioration and then seal. Two days work. Moving forward his team (him and a 18 year old nephew) came and went in less than 4 hours. Sealant remained to be done and I could see that cost was itemized at $400. I personally could do it in 1/2 hour so I asked him to scratch it from the price. He was very amenable to that. The issue arose when I was sealing I found and sent him photos of spots with severe erosion that were missed and should take about 1 hour to fix. Some on wall, one in bottom corner of house, one big seam in windowsill. I sent email and photos asking for him to return. He didn't reply. 1 week later I reached him by phone and he said he didn't get the email/or hadn't read it yet but he wasn't going to come back for 'pinholes' which I could do myself. First of all I could do everything myself but that's time that I paid him for. He is too busy to come. Photos are from the south wall as discussed
