I'm glad I believe that everything happens for a reason though - because we ended up connected to Chris and CBL Construction! Our first meeting with Chris and his crew, we were comfortable and felt our project was in great hands. Chris was great with communication - a HUGE deal - we were never left in the dark wondering what is going on or when. Chris was not only professional, but friendly and a pleasure to know. He spent time explaining his process and managing (my) expectations with material choices (he was fantastic educating me on this). His knowledge was apparent and left us with zero worries. His line item quote and billing process made for a zero surprise payment process. In the end, my bathroom is beautiful and I couldn't be any happier. The only downside....? Now I have to work on the bedroom so I don't want to sleep in the bathroom - haha! We will for sure be calling on Chris and CBL Construction in the future and will refer anyone who asks.
