They got measurements wrong so we were constantly running back and forth to the store returning and exchanging materials. One of the managers offered to go pick things up for me but then added paint and other things that I didn't know about until they were brought in the next day. So, we ended up paying for the paint, grout, bathroom tile, fixtures, mirror, vanity... After they did the full gut of the bathroom, I was informed that replacing the dry wall in the bathroom except the shower stall would be $10k extra.
