"I?m extremely picky about workmanship, and Kris at Bespoke Tint & PPF in Bellevue delivered. He tinted my Maserati Ghibli and everything about the install is dialed in: clean lines, consistent tint, no debris, no distortion, and it fits the car?s look perfectly. Kris explained the film options in a way that actually made sense and didn?t try to upsell me into something unnecessary. The practical difference is real: less glare, better privacy, and noticeably better heat rejection. Start to finish, it was a smooth experience and the quality shows. If you want high-end window tint in Bellevue, run to Kris at Bespoke Tint & PPF."

"I have 2 rock chips in my windshield - one is fairly major, the other pretty minor.  My plan was to have them fix the worse of the two, and not worry about the other one..  I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the next day.  I arrived on time and instructed the service rep as to my preferences.  he was polite and professional.  The service was completed in less than 30 minutes, and he repaired both rock chips and did not charge me extra.  He said it wasn't much more work to do both since they were close to each other, etc.
I even offered to pay extra for the over-the-top service, but he graciously refused.
I've been wanting to get my windows tinted and unsure where to go.  Now I know..."Advanced Tint"!

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

Window Tinting questions, answered by experts

If you have bubble wrap lying around the house and you don’t care about the odd look, taping bubble wrap over a window is a very affordable way to insulate it. Another inexpensive option for insulating windows is to add new caulk around the glass. This step quickly cuts down on air drafts for older windows, and a tube of caulk only costs a few dollars. Adding plastic shrink film around the glass is another cost-effective option. You can purchase a kit of plastic film for a few dollars per window.

One drawback is that window film can reduce the amount of natural light entering a room, particularly if you opt for a darker or more opaque film. Additionally, if not installed properly, window film may develop air bubbles or wrinkles, affecting its appearance. Over time, certain types of window film may also experience discoloration or peeling. Moreover, certain window films can interfere with wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi or cellular reception. Careful consideration of these potential drawbacks is essential when deciding whether window film is the right choice for your home.

The best windows to tint are those that get the most direct sunlight—particularly sunroom windows or windows facing the south or east where the sun shines most brightly throughout the day. If your pets have favorite windows to lie in front of, you may want to consider those, as well, to protect their skin from sun damage.

To darken your windows without curtains, try installing window film or even installing an awning outside your windows. Window film is a DIY-friendly option with many different darkness levels you can choose from to fit your desired look. Awnings can also help by casting shade over your window, though this isn’t feasible for every home.

Most window installation and repair companies can handle putting tint film over your existing windows, but it’s best to hire a company that specializes in window tinting. This decision will result in the best application for the cleanest look, and it usually means you’ll get a better professional opinion about the type of tint and tint level that makes the most sense for your home and personal preferences.
