Best patio pros near Normandy Park, WA

"Mount Olive Landscape & Construction exceeded all my expectations with the installation of my new fence! From the initial consultation to the final touches, Novi and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. I had a lengthy bidding process, and Mt Olive/Novi were the lowest price and best value for our brand new 450-ft cedar fence. The crew was punctual, respectful, and friendly - I especially loved chatting with the guys doing the actual building who gave me (a newcomer to WA state) local recommendations that I can't wait to try exploring soon! I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend Mount Olive Landscape & Construction for anyone seeking top-notch fence installation process. Truly a 5-star experience!"

"Our project was a paver patio with a retaining wall and a connecting walkway. The entire project went very well and the results are terrific. Scott was on hand daily with advice and explanations which made us feel confident in what turned out to be a very attractive and upscale addition to our backyard. We will definitely use Sta-Built for a future project."

"Harry came out and gave us an estimate on a Friday. It was very reasonable and competitive. The next Thursday they began construction. They put in a 44 foot retaining wall a set of set beautiful rock stairs and another 39 foot retaining wall. Lastly and most wonderfully they put in a 12 x 9 slate patio. The team was courteous and professional. Harry was great to work with, he did several alteration from the original bid with no extra charges. I even enjoyed their company. Overall we are so delighted with the fabulous transformation of our yard. From steep weed covered eyesore to this beautiful usable space."

"ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS!!! Rome and his team did an amazing job! He always responded quickly, had a fast/easy estimate, and very flexible schedule. He scheduled within the week and was done in a day!!! My patio is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Rome! I will be using you again in the future and 100% recommending you to family and friends!"

"NGL Pavingstone & Retaining Wall is a fantastic company. We decided to put a patio under our deck and also put a retaining wall to protect a window opening. NGL was very responsive in providing a quote, came on sight and showed that they really wanted to work with the customer. They truly believe in their work and will not leave until you are satisfied with it. The implementation went very well and the finish product was amazing. We highly recommend them and will hire them again when necessary. Cheers"

"I had a great experience working with this crew. They were on time and had Greta attention to detail. Did a great job installing turf in my backyard. From the estimate to the two days they work on the project I knew I was in good hands. Highly recommend."
