We are not a big company that you have to go through all the phone calls. Owner Andy Zhang will be the one to answer the phone, provide you the bid, and supervise and inspect the work before finish. We are so confident in our work, quality, and over all experience that we don't need any money down. Our customers don't pay us anything until the work is done and customer is happy! For a house on the market, in most cases, we allow owner pay the full bill through escrow at closing.
