Excellent - looks like it might be a mountain beaver from the fir that was found. But so far no damage. Kyle was great to work with and showed us where it was gaining access and what we could do about the problem. And the cost was unbelievable - $85.00 + tax for the inspection.

I would use them again.

They were very professional, responsive and helpful as to recommendations in how to maintain an ant free zone... very impressed with their quality of service and work.

We haven't seen an ant since. They come three times a year. I haven't had any complaints. They are very polite, they just come in the door and do their job, and I haven't seen any ant since. I don't see how they could be any better. The price could be on the high side, they might be a little expensive. They always come when they are suppose to be here.

We could not have been happier with his service. He was on time for both appointments, was very courteous and professional, and stayed until he was satisfied that our concerns and questions were answered. He is respectful and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the problem is solved. After removing the first rat, he checked very thoroughly all around our house to determine the entry point. He did what he could to fill any gaps, and told us what repairs needed to be made. We did the repairs and he came back in 3 days to remove what was in the trap. He made our repairs even more airtight by adding more insulation around gas piping and adding cement adhesive to the mesh along the foundation. He gave us good advice as to what to watch for, what to expect, and how to alleviate any further odors as they are dissipating. There was an immediate improvement when the job was complete, and we believe that he solved the problem.

Every since they started applying their treatments, I haven't had any issues with the pest. They are extremely thorough and efficient.

They came out the same day I called. The exterminator, Shawn, was very polite. He walked around the house with me and explained the spray he was using. He showed me places where ants could be coming in. I will use him again in the fall.

They are reasonably priced. They are very prompt and give good service. They are also very responsive and professional.

We had a sweet ant infestation. Called Alderwood. They came out promptly to look at the problem and submit a bid. They came back the next day to do the work. They were very thorough and informative. We learned a lot about ants. They treated both inside and outside the house. They recommended and we agreed to sign a contract for pest service for the next three months which would involve perimeter spraying. (An extra $100/month). Within a day the ants were contained at their entry point and were swarming on the treated areas. Within a week all signs of ants inside the house had disppeared.

They have been very responsive. They do their job. They always do what we expect them to do. I will continue using them.

I use Alderwood because they're very local. Long ago, I had a beehive that was practically right in my face, and they were able to give me the name of a fellow who moved the hive and took it home with him without killing the bees. The only way I ever would have found him was through Alderwood Pest Control - and they sold me right then.

Very well; right on time, right on the estimate. Walked the guy around the house, showed him the things we had concerns about. He dealt with the rodent burrow, checked out the beetles and indicated it was nothing of any great importance that we couldn't deal with using a vacuum, and then doused the foundations with a cat- and kid-safe protectant that pretty much did the job inside of 48 hours. Total time from arrival to bill just about an hour. Chances are we'll be going onto 90 day maintenance with them same as at the previous house.

They showed up in 20 minutes because they considered it an emergency. They were very neat and clean, which is something that other pest control people aren t. They asked for my vacuum cleaner and I would highly recommend them.
