Raymark Plumbing & Sewer

We had a small sinkhole in our front yard and after having a sewer scope done, Raymark discovered breakages and disintegration of the original 1941 cement sewer pipes. Raymark was the best bid, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and reconnected our pipes every evening to be able to use them. Their employees were unfailingly polite and respectful. Kyle, Joe, Ermull, Martin, Josiah, Kevin and Tonja all have my greatful thanks for their hard work and sympathetic approach to a challenging and expensive project.

Excellent The office staff responded quickly to my inquiries. She was very courteous and professional. The toilet replacement was done within an hour. The crew showed up on time and finished the job beautifully. I am 100% satisfied with them from the beginning to the end. But the best part of my experience is related to the dishwasher hose inspection. When Collin found some moldy spot under my dishwasher, he said "take care of this first, toilet can wait", and he coordinated with a company that takes care of the mold. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciated his professionalism and thoughtfulness.

Ty Haley and the Raymark crew were competent, professional and affable. They accommodated my particular concerns and delivered a quality job, essentially re-plumbing the entire house including with all Type L, copper supply lines. Everything went as expected: no unpleasant surprises, no unanticipated charges. One of the reasons I chose Raymark among the four companies that bid on the job--even though they weren't the lowest bidder--is that I evaluated Ty has having integrity. I was not disappointed.

We bought a new under-counter dishwasher and paid the distributor to install it and remove our old one, but when they came out they discovered a problem with the water turn-off valve not being in the right place. They declined to install it. I called Raymark and quickly arranged for a timely service person to correct the problem. John was fantastic. He reviewed our options, fixed the water turn-off valve and went above and beyond the call of duty by fully installing the dishwasher and hauling away the old one, even though this is not a service Raymark generally offers. We are very pleased.

I have a mixed review. I called Raymark ( because I was happy with previous service), to investigate the source of a sewage odor emanating from the crawl space. The Raymark professional found "nothing wrong" in the crawl space- he suggested I have a sewer scope video done. I was able to get sewer scope appointment several weeks later . The scope showed no blockage but the technician did not want to leave without figuring out what was going on. He went into the crawl space and found an old disintegrating main kitchen waste water pipe with a "lake "of fetid water surrounding the broken pipe. I called Raymark back to repair the pipe . Raymark responded quickly and replaced the corroded pipe but offered no explanation, apology or discount for failing to find the problem a month earlier, when the damage and remediation would have been much less extensive.

Raymark was recommended to me by a neighbor. I will recommend them to others. I liked that they quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it. They were punctual, easy to work with, competent, and provided me with options to address additional issues that were found if I choose to in future (but they did not pressure in anyway)

Raymark is competent and knows their plumbing. The replaced a 76 year old failing side sewer in a very efficient manner.

I recently experienced a challenging situation in which my sewage line needed to be replaced. In hilly Seattle, the line goes along the back of the home, around the side and down the front slope, underneath a bunker garage and finally connects under the street to the city main. Raymark did a great job. I had 2 companies compete. Raymark was better priced, straightforward with a complete proposal, easy to communicate with team members to discuss their views and was completed the in a timely fashion. This was a tough job and the Raymark team got it done well.

Very clear and prompt customer serve. Plumber was helpful and easy to work with. Raymark may charge a little bit more but you get your money’s worth because you can trust them and they are honorable workers.

The Raymark plumbers arrived as expected on the scheduled day, were courteous and efficient as they completed the job, including explaining issues (beyond their control) which arose. The job was completed to our full satisfaction.

10 years ago- they did a repair on our side sewer. We had a sewer inspection done by an independent company and it shows that their work was faulty. When we contacted Raymark, they want to charge us $350 for an inspection fee to give us a quote to repair their faulty work. No thanks! We will find a reputable company that actually guarantees their work. You should too!

Great! Hayden was professional and very easy to work with. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly, on-time and in the end was less than originally quoted. Would definitely use them again.

It went well! A bit pricy because my house is three houses up from the meter on the street, but they did a nice neat job. They shot the pipes underground so no digging up the driveway for that which my neighbors were happy about. They were very careful to note where all other pipes and lines were so as to not crossbore anything. They were extremely courteous and I swear left my house cleaner than they found it. I am so happy to have reliable plumbing! My neighbor had them do the same for her several years ago and she is also very pleased and has had no problems since.

They did a great job and Kevin was great at explaining the work required to replace the sewer.

Great. Price on water heater was 500 less than quote received from another company. And the sink install was difficult, but the plumber did not give up. We're very happy with the results.

Ridiculous. It took them 5 months to get the job done, but each time I talked to them, they assured me it would be done within the next couple weeks. After 4 months, they gave me their word that it would be done within three weeks (earlier statements not their word - good to know) and then they only missed it by a few more weeks
