Ty Haley and the Raymark crew were competent, professional and affable. They accommodated my particular concerns and delivered a quality job, essentially re-plumbing the entire house including with all Type L, copper supply lines. Everything went as expected: no unpleasant surprises, no unanticipated charges. One of the reasons I chose Raymark among the four companies that bid on the job--even though they weren't the lowest bidder--is that I evaluated Ty has having integrity. I was not disappointed.

We bought a new under-counter dishwasher and paid the distributor to install it and remove our old one, but when they came out they discovered a problem with the water turn-off valve not being in the right place. They declined to install it. I called Raymark and quickly arranged for a timely service person to correct the problem. John was fantastic. He reviewed our options, fixed the water turn-off valve and went above and beyond the call of duty by fully installing the dishwasher and hauling away the old one, even though this is not a service Raymark generally offers. We are very pleased.

I have a mixed review. I called Raymark ( because I was happy with previous service), to investigate the source of a sewage odor emanating from the crawl space. The Raymark professional found "nothing wrong" in the crawl space- he suggested I have a sewer scope video done. I was able to get sewer scope appointment several weeks later . The scope showed no blockage but the technician did not want to leave without figuring out what was going on. He went into the crawl space and found an old disintegrating main kitchen waste water pipe with a "lake "of fetid water surrounding the broken pipe. I called Raymark back to repair the pipe . Raymark responded quickly and replaced the corroded pipe but offered no explanation, apology or discount for failing to find the problem a month earlier, when the damage and remediation would have been much less extensive.

Raymark was recommended to me by a neighbor. I will recommend them to others. I liked that they quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it. They were punctual, easy to work with, competent, and provided me with options to address additional issues that were found if I choose to in future (but they did not pressure in anyway)

Raymark is competent and knows their plumbing. The replaced a 76 year old failing side sewer in a very efficient manner.

I recently experienced a challenging situation in which my sewage line needed to be replaced. In hilly Seattle, the line goes along the back of the home, around the side and down the front slope, underneath a bunker garage and finally connects under the street to the city main. Raymark did a great job. I had 2 companies compete. Raymark was better priced, straightforward with a complete proposal, easy to communicate with team members to discuss their views and was completed the in a timely fashion. This was a tough job and the Raymark team got it done well.

Very clear and prompt customer serve. Plumber was helpful and easy to work with. Raymark may charge a little bit more but you get your money’s worth because you can trust them and they are honorable workers.

The Raymark plumbers arrived as expected on the scheduled day, were courteous and efficient as they completed the job, including explaining issues (beyond their control) which arose. The job was completed to our full satisfaction.

Did not receive quote from contractor.

10 years ago- they did a repair on our side sewer. We had a sewer inspection done by an independent company and it shows that their work was faulty. When we contacted Raymark, they want to charge us $350 for an inspection fee to give us a quote to repair their faulty work. No thanks! We will find a reputable company that actually guarantees their work. You should too!

They wanted to charge $500 for first hour service call with additional charges if it took longer than that. Standard going rate is about $199 for emergency service call with standard hourly fees beyond that. Beware this service and call around! When I said that we could simply turn the water off and call a regular plumber in the morning for that rate, he advised me that that's what he would do.

Great! Hayden was professional and very easy to work with. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly, on-time and in the end was less than originally quoted. Would definitely use them again.

It went well! A bit pricy because my house is three houses up from the meter on the street, but they did a nice neat job. They shot the pipes underground so no digging up the driveway for that which my neighbors were happy about. They were very careful to note where all other pipes and lines were so as to not crossbore anything. They were extremely courteous and I swear left my house cleaner than they found it. I am so happy to have reliable plumbing! My neighbor had them do the same for her several years ago and she is also very pleased and has had no problems since.

They did a great job and Kevin was great at explaining the work required to replace the sewer.

Great. Price on water heater was 500 less than quote received from another company. And the sink install was difficult, but the plumber did not give up. We're very happy with the results.

Ridiculous. It took them 5 months to get the job done, but each time I talked to them, they assured me it would be done within the next couple weeks. After 4 months, they gave me their word that it would be done within three weeks (earlier statements not their word - good to know) and then they only missed it by a few more weeks

Great. Dan was my plumber. They. Charge by the hour which is just way I needed. He had extra equipment on his truck, which helped save him from running to the market to pick up little pieces. I was charged just as I was told I would be charged no extras. And Dan is smart, it takes a lot to be a plumber with all the new pieces of equipment and things like that are out there, he knew then exceptionally well and was very well prepared to fix my problems and I am so happy. Do not take this as a quote: 3 sinks, one bathtub faucet repair, outdoor faucet was rebuilt and fixed. Because of their efficiency the time required to do all this work was around 34 hours I don't know precisely but including time and material for the five project I was charged $650 and I am shocked at what a great price that was and how helpful Dan made everything go. Compared to Southwest plumbing they are night and day and let me tell you the night belongs to Southwest in the day belongs to Raymark's awesome job, and truthfulness ... Thanks to Angie, Raymark, and mostly to Dan! You should be proud to have Dan as an employee... (Maybe a bonus to spend on his family!!

They were very good and very efficient.

We were very happy with the work that they did. The people who came into do work were really wonderful. They came like right away and they were easy to get a hold off by phone and so like we would take pictures of what was going on and sent to them and then they would tell us what to do by a phone. They were really quite wonderful. While doing repair bathroom had a leak and our son fixed the toilet leak, but we had to the flooring replaced and so we have a closet tub so I had to come out they were ones who redid that and they really appreciated the work on the plumbing for that too so I just say they did a great job and are really good to work with. Each person that came out was really helpful and personable and explained things. They replaced all our pipes interior plumbing before as well.They are very professional. They were just really outstanding. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Called and left a voicemail Monday night after business hours. Dispatcher called me back around 7:30a Tuesday morning and asked about my plumbing issue. She said that I will get a call in about two hours from the serviceman when he is on his way. Joe called around 9:30a and said he would be here in 10 minutes. I needed a new toilet and Jim from Raymark Plumbing installed a Toto-Drake ADA comfort height toilet with a slow close seat. It was the perfect replacement for my 22 year old worn out toilet. I love my Toto-Drake!!!

I contacted Raymark late in the day when I discovered water from my main floor was leaking onto the extra thanksgiving chairs I had stored in my garage, Yikes! Within 30 minutes Joe was there, determined the problem and corrected everything. This is what I love about Raymark-they are reliable, professional, and take great care of their customers. We have used them many times over the past 30 years and have always been 100 % satisfied.

One of a homeowners worst nightmares. You can hear water running but you can't find it. You go to the inside service shut off and turn it off. You can still hear it even thought you just shut off all water inside the house. You head outside, open the meter box, clean off the meter and see that little triangle spinning around like a whirling dervish. You are in deep trouble. My existing service was 25 feet from the street to the corner of the house under a slate patio and then 8 feet underground 20 feet back along the side of the house under a concrete stairway. Ty from Raymark came by and after I showed him the lay of the land he suggested that the new pipe run diagonally from the meter under the patio to the center of the street side of the house where the garage is located. After jacking a hole in the corner of the garage floor that new copper pipe came snaking up out of the hole like an earthworm after a rain storm. From there they ran straight up and back to basically the middle of the old service inlet pipe and tied in. So I now have a surface mounted pipe on the ceiling of my 61 year old house and probably about 15 to 20K in my pocket that I would have been out, if not for Ky's intelligent, thoughtful approach to a difficult installation. There were 9 different guys on the job the day it was done. Utility locators, laborers, the boring guys and the plumbers. I was not there all day and did not get to know everyone but I would like to especially thank Ty, James and Chris. They were all very professional and put in a very, very long day to get my water back on. When they were all done everything was cleaned up and all you could see was where they dug the hole in the ground to connect to the meter and those spray painted lines and little flags they use to locate the other utilities. I did get other bids but decided to go with Raymark because their approach was the most logical and their price was competitive and they used copper, not pex which the other companies wanted to use. Thanks Raymark! I highly recommend you guys. My water is back on and my wife is happy. And you what they say; Happy Wife, Happy Life.
