Nothing short of amazing. Andy was a true partner with us, which was fully borne out when we found some unexpected issues (high water table) during excavation. He is highly communicative, takes his commitments seriously, and most importantly I found him to deliver real value for us during the project. I would hire Andy again in a second, and really appreciate the quality job that he and his team did for us!

He was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was completely fair in price. I was a nervous wreck about this, but he was so patient and kind to me. He wasnt cold and abrupt like so many contracters are now. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He got this done a day a head of schedule. I cannot speak highly enough of Andy, the owner.

The experience went well they did everything they said they would and were helpful in getting the electrical done correctly. We passed the inspection the first time.

their really isnt that much to tell they gave me a price on what it would cost to pump out the tank and did so then he inspected the tank make sure everything was operational and did it all for the price stated

Andy from Aand H walked the site and helped us determine where to bring in the road in the most economical and common sense path as well as what timber was reasonable to harvest. Our architect had a driveway plan that was creative, but too costly. During the first week a bit more land was cleared than we intended, but that was our fault for not communicating and taping off. This was minor though. Aand H was able to get creative and mine sandy loam on site giving us a more level backyard and saving us a few thousands in fill for our slab on grade foundation. This was a great win-win and indicative of hte care for efficiency and productivity they have. (More examples to come.) Our neighbor next door had excavators that were cheaper by the hour, but not careful and he had to deal with extra fill and wasted hours - whomever you deal with always insist on experienced operators. Creative ones who can consult are a bonus and this is where we slot Aand H. Aand H also was able to improve our drainage design and negotiate county rules and inspectors. Later in the project septic was completed on budget and passed inspection the first time. The sewage line had to be put in twice due to Gabion wall work and Aand H took responsibility and did not charge for the extra work. They also helped with gabion wall foundations and filling which was detailed technical work in tight spaces - this went smoothly. In the final stage we had to cover hte septic field and Aand H helped find free fill dirt and brought out a mini trackhoe so their operator Cameron could split his time between the dozer pushing dirt and also do other property work while waiting for trucks to come. This is another good example of attention to efficiency/productivity with your money. Overall we're very happy with the project. Estimates were good and in some cases more work was accomplished than we had planned. The site looks great, these guys can get creative with moving dirt to create the ideal landscape.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT LINE, WAS ON TIME AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THE TANK OPENING QUICKLY.
