Our quality is your satisfaction. Our team is trained professionally to repair/replace almost anything No job to big or small. With us. Weather it’s a brand new roof or just a minor repair. We are super quick & Responsive. And our turn around time to start any work is within 48HR all year round. Quality guaranteed.

"It was an unpleasant experience because the General Contractor (Joshua Ephrem from 24/7 LLC) was an obstruction throughout the project. Specifically, Mr. Ephrem: Did not provide a Statement of Work so there is no detailed list of the work to be done or itemized costs. Only offers a not-to-exceed contract that he showed me on his cell phone. I could barely read it. Did not manage the subcontractor (Big Ben’s Construction LLC) which meant that I had to manage both 24/7 and Big Ben. When Big Ben repeatedly failed to show up or had “emergencies” that kept them from coming to work Mr. Ephrem was unaware of their whereabouts and I had to track them both down. This resulted in a delay of 13 working days. Told me 7 times that the lumber for my deck was paid for and waiting to be picked up when in fact he had not purchased the materials. The subcontractor ultimately had to purchase and pick up the lumber at the end of the project. Repeatedly withheld money from or failed to pay the subcontractor which resulted in a delay of 6 working days. I had to write 2 checks for a total of $14,800 for the subcontractor to keep the work moving forward. Pressed me to buy a $20k to $40k piece of electrical equipment (inverter box) that I did not need. I confirmed with the subcontractor and an independent electrician that my house did not need the inverter box, and told Mr. Ephrem to not make such a purchase. Repeatedly failed to keep track of orders for materials, which resulted in having to reorder 3 shower doors (with COVID delays this is 4-8 week back-order), carpeting, and a vanity resulting in a total delay of 10 working days. Failed to understand that dumpsters are only rented for a month at a time so the first dumpster was hauled away without notice. Because the subcontractor didn’t have anywhere to put construction debris they were unable to work resulting in a delay of 3 working days. A second dumpster was removed after 2 weeks because Mr. Ephrem had not paid the company. I had construction debris piled in my driveway for 2 months. Repeatedly rescheduled or canceled appointments."

"They put in marble floors, marble showers, we had a new vanity and it came out extremely nice. The original bathroom is from 1930's that we overhauled and they did a very classic look. I was really really happy with the look. Very pleased with it overall."

I would happily hire All Out Construction again for any of my construction needs."

Small Professional Flooring Installation Company with over 30 years Flooring experience. We Love to support small businesses. We strive to be the best and give our customers the beautiful floors they dream of.

"Just OK. I paid a high price for 2 young guus to do the project. Saw their bid and it was much lower so thinking they hired my job out. I don't believe my floor was glued down and the repair needed reminding to be done. No shortcuts here but got one anyway.. It is just OK."

Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

You can technically install tile over tile, but we don’t suggest it. Installing tile over any surface that isn’t a completely flat and prepared subfloor will result in a shoddy overall job, uneven flooring, tiles that don’t adhere, extra weight, gaps, cracks, and room for moisture and dirt to enter. For the best results, only install new tile on a flat, sanded surface like subflooring or concrete that is prepared for tile.

If you have asbestos tile and would rather tile over it than remove it, or if your existing tile is completely flat and bonded tightly to the floor, you may be able to tile over existing tile. But experts recommend thinking twice before you do.

Your floors should be completely level for tile, otherwise you risk damaging the tiles in the future. When there are even small gaps or hills in the subfloor beneath the tile, this puts more pressure on the tile when you walk around on the floor. With repeated traffic, the tiles are at risk of cracking, and you’ll have to deal with tile repairs sooner than if the floor was completely level.

It’s best to start with tiling the shower floor before moving on to the walls for the most visually-pleasing results. When taking on any tiling project, you’ll want the wall tiles to “sit” neatly on the floor tiles rather than overlapping them. Finishing your floor tiles first will allow you to place your wall tiles without any gaps, holes, or awkward intersections.

Penny tile should be sealed to protect the grout from moisture and keep stains from damaging the look of the tile. If penny tile is in a humid or high-traffic area, like a bathroom, kitchen, or entryway, it needs sealant. Any type of tile and grout is best maintained with a sealant reapplied by a pro every one to two years.

Ceramic tile adheres best with premixed adhesive or mortar. If you’re installing the tile in an area with moisture, such as a bathroom or kitchen, opt for waterproof adhesive, and if you choose mortar, make sure it’s thick because that is the easiest to work with and ensures the tiles will sit flat.

By submitting this question, I acknowledge and agree that Angi may publicly display my name, city, state, and question on the website for professionals and others to see.
