"Have been a regular service customer since 2014. Paid for regular inspections and services. Three weeks ago I called due to a rodent issue and they told me it would be a few weeks but they would get to me asap. I understand the Covid issues with help and holidays, yet no one ever got back to me. I tried to call each week, but was put in the hold system for extended(15-20 minutes each time) and no help. After another rodent experience in my kitchen area last evening I decided to call another company. When I called today, 12/15, the lady that answered the phone was quite rude and hung up on me after I told her not to send their technician anymore and my reason for terminating their services. Tried to call back and she picked up the receiver and hung it up without a word. Don’t know if she’s the owner, but you’d think they would want to know why a long-standing customer would say goodbye?"

"Wow. I have used Classic for 8 years, both for insulation and pest control. They were great to work with and did a consistently good job for a reasonable fee. As a text from them today requested, I called to reschedule a service call. The person who answered identified himself as the owner, and indicated he was “back” because he didn’t like the way the company was being run. Because I wanted my service to include a crawlspace inspection of the rodent traps that they put in - something that is part of the service they have always done — and that I pay for — said I was being too rigid and he didn’t want me as a customer. Again, wow."

Early spring or late fall removals are ideal when bees are less active, and hive removal is safer.

If you seal bees in a wall and don’t leave them any way to escape, they may make one of their own. Otherwise, they’ll die inside the wall, and that creates many additional problems. You might be tempted to call your local municipality to remove animals from your property, such as a groundhog burrowing in your yard or raccoons getting into your trash cans. However, they typically only remove domestic animals like dogs and cats from properties, or sick and injured wildlife that pose a public safety risk or health threat, such as a rabid animal. They typically do not capture or remove healthy wildlife.

Animal removal professionals have the tools, knowledge, and skills to trap and remove wild animals adequately and humanely. They also can relocate them correctly.

You should never try to remove a bee's nest yourself because it can be extremely dangerous. The amount of bees that can live in a hive depends on the type of bee, but honey bees can have up to 80,000 bees living in a hive. People who are allergic to bees can have life-threatening reactions from a single sting. So, it's best to leave bee nest removal to the professionals who have the knowledge and equipment to do so safely.
