We were told that they will show up when they show up and that appointments or scheduled times cannot work. They are worse than the "cable companies" that hold you at bay for arrival and have no consideration or respect for your time.
We have been with them for 5 years- and maybe their new business approach will attract more customers, but it doesn't work for us. They said they have plenty of happy customers and that if we can't count ourselves as such that maybe we could take our business elsewhere. So, we'll take our business elsewhere. Looking back, I wished we'd have switched services a long time ago. They have a pretty impressive staff turnover rate- none of technicians ever lasted very long. And a good few of them I didn't want at my place after seeing them and suspecting they shortcut the services since no one was home. Business office is horrible. We know the building- it is almost as small as a studio apartment but their answering machine insinuates a bigger operation than the IRS or VA system, i.e. the answering machine and phone system is merciless, and you'll rarely get a live person.

The problem is that they are the experts yet I found myself directing them (shouldn't it be the other way around?). If I didn't ask, they didn't check, i.e. I felt them to not be very thorough. Instead they were satisfied with just looking at cracks in the doors and garage.
Other than that, the did what they said they would. They performed the exclusion work and set traps around the house and in our crawl space and they show up every month and in general do a good job.
