"They weren't able address part of my project which included fixing a bulkhead wall, and masonry. I wanted to have it all addressed project by project and discovered that there was more damage to one of the walls that needed fixing. As they weren't concrete 'masons', they wouldn't be able to fully address that before installing a drainage system. It was all within my budget. I just didn't want to have the drainage system installed and have it fail because due to the mortar crumbling. The person that went to my house spent a considerable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy. It wasn't until I had another contractor come through that I realized that what I had initially planned on was not going to work. I'm currently looking for some fill in work for this winter. I'm a very capable carpenter/painter. I have full time work Monday through Friday, but have some availability on weekends.
