"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. "They weren't able address part of my project which included fixing a bulkhead wall, and masonry. I wanted to have it all addressed project by project and discovered that there was more damage to one of the walls that needed fixing. As they weren't concrete 'masons', they wouldn't be able to fully address that before installing a drainage system. It was all within my budget. I just didn't want to have the drainage system installed and have it fail because due to the mortar crumbling. The person that went to my house spent a considerable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy. It wasn't until I had another contractor come through that I realized that what I had initially planned on was not going to work. When I went to cancel, the person that handled my estimate was concerned that I was cancelling and that I was being given "bad advice" from another contractor. I thanked him for the time he spent, and the information that he gave me, and sent my cancellation form. I would have hired them had they been able to fully address the entire project(s)."
