"Tim Baker, owner of BKR was very responsive when we were seeking a professional to replace our water heater in an emergency. His price was very competitive. We were absent and he dealt professionally and courteously we our condo staff. His work was neat and our water heater is working well. He also promptly provided detailed estimates for insurance needs. Highly recommend this company"

"Amazing!!! He absolutely saved me and my family. I was in real trouble trying to get my heater repaired, originally using another local company that kept adding repairs and $$$$. I have a disabled daughter and lost my son this year too so it has been very stressful. Dennis fixed my entire heater and even custom built a gas line cover for the outside all for FREE!!!!! What a blessing!!! I experienced such kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for help with their heating needs."

"We pay yearly but we have this is included with our rental property. They are pretty good on most things. We had a hot water heater replaced and they did an excellent job on that. They are very quick on their response. They dont come out here. It is all done on the internet.  I just like the idea that one time service charge is so much better than trying to hiring someone to come in. It is more about convenience. It pays for itself."
