"During the heat dome days we found out our air conditioning needed recharging. They insisted on up front payment (first red flag) then quoted over $800 to refill the units (2). They did not look for nor try to fix the leak but instead gave me a proposal over $3,000 to come back and fix the unit(1). I used them because they were the ones who could come the quickest.
