I was not satisfied with the service. It took them three times to come and fix my problem. They also charged me full price all three times. while they were at my house they found a problem with my line and said it was not up to code, so they refused to deliver me any other oil until it was repaired. I am trying to get in contact with them to correct this situation and have yet to hear back from them.

I had been using them monthly. Their boiler work was not top notch work. Their billing is confusing and unprofessional. They bill us for things we have already paid for. They charge more than other companies for fuel. They did give us four $50.00 coupons for four different times of fueling. They are on time for fueling drop offs. They are professional when topping our fuel off. My biggest complaint about them would be their billing. We will be using them only one more month and then we will be switching companies.
