After cleaning it looked great when it was wet, but some of the stains showed when it dried. I called the next morning and they came back that day and got almost all the stains out. There was one that shows just slightly. I was very happy with the cleaning, because I thought I might have to replace the carpet. My new tenants think that it looks great.
