Great! Help me go through all of my options. Ended up finding what I wanted in another store but their price was much lower. I used them last year when our base carpet need to be replaced due to water backup. Got me a great rug at a great price.

We are delighted with the hardwood floor installed by Sullivan & Son – they truly treat your home as they would their own! My wife and I had been looking to replace the carpet that came with our new home and decided to start with the master bedroom. After finding Sullivan & Son Carpet on Angie's list, we paid their showroom a visit. Our first contact was with Ryan and, throughout the process, Ryan and others at the Sullivan & Son showroom were very patient and accommodating while we considered all the various flooring options – never pressuring us one way or another but always giving us wonderful explanations of the pros and cons and fully disclosing the costs so we could make the best decision for our budget. Over a period of several months, given the quality of product available and the trust we had gained in Sullivan and Son, we finally decided to go with what had been my wife’s real preference all along in the matter – a beautiful gray hardwood floor from the FX Appalachian line installed at a 45-degree angle! Ryan came to our home multiple times – the initial measurement, to deliver the wood and, finally, on the day of installation to ensure things were going according to plan. The installers worked conscientiously and swiftly doing a wonderful job and getting our floor installed in a single day. But that wasn’t all. Sullivan & Son went the extra mile. Brad Sullivan came by our home that evening to ensure we were happy with the installation, returning to spend the better part of the next day putting in finishing touches. We couldn’t have been happier. My wife is very fussy about these things and Ryan and Brad could not have been more responsive, thoughtful and patient – arranging for samples to be sent to us and even allowing us to take samples home from the showroom so we could see them in different lighting. From the start, Sullivan & Son was extremely professional and accommodating. We still have carpet in our loft that is immediately outside our bedroom – so the next item on the flooring agenda will be to replace that carpet – with one of the selections from Sullivan & Son!

What a great experience. I dealt with Kristin, who was very efficient and knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. They worked with us in coordinating some painting that our painters had to do. We got a really nice carpet at a really good price and the installers did a great job. I went there after reading reviews here and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them

Sullivan & Son is an outstanding company.  Rick Lawlor, their Sales Consultant, was excellent at guiding us through the carpet selection and installation process.  We absolutely recommend that you initially ask for him!  Their office staff provided great service and the two installers who did the work were exceptional in our opinion....very professional and pleasant in handling any questions we had during the installation.

Good, quick work

The workers did a great job.  When we moved in to the house there was a old mildewy carpet that made my allergies go crazy. They were able to remove it without triggering my sensitive allergies.   The job took about 1 1/2 days and the installers were very nice and considerate.  All in all a painless install.

Rick arrived to measure my floors, he was punctual but didn't go into much detail during the measuring. I had a good idea of what I wanted done but still felt like I had to drag answers out of him. This is a newly purchased home that was completely empty. I informed Rick that I was waiting until the floors were done to move in, and I would appreciate if we could move as quickly as possible. He stated he would get right back to me with an estimate. Well, 4 days later I finally got a 1 page estimate that wasn't all that informative (no costs were itemizes, etc). Based on the company's reputation I decided to overlook the lag time and went ahead with the work. 
About a week later I let the crew in to start removing the carpet and old tile and start the sanding process, but when I returned that night no sanding had been done. Rick was nowhere to be found and another employee told me no other work had been scheduled. I eventually got in touch with Brad, the owner, who said he would take care of it and have the crew work through the weekend to finish. Well, come Sunday only 1 coat of poly had been applied and the tiling process hadn't even been started. I got the runaround for the rest of the week, with bits and pieces of work being done here and there. Despite my repeated requests I received no updates about the schedule or progress that was (or was not) being made.
I was told the project would be finished by Friday (10 days after the start of the carpet removal) but when I showed up at the house Saturday morning the tile transitions were not in place and most of my shoe molding was missing. Also, the tile had not been done to my specifications (an error that could have been avoided if someone had simply called and asked!). I called and got a hold of Brad (who was, disconcertingly, under the impression that the project was completely finished). Here I have to give him some credit, because after coming to the house and seeing the state of things he came back that evening and worked until 11pm installing the transitions and replacing the missing shoe molding by himself. He also offered to replace the tile at no additional cost, which I intend to take him up on once I finally get moved in. 
Monday morning I stopped by the shop to pay the balance of the bill (full price, despite the doubled timeline and tile being wrong) and retrieve my keys, only to discover no one knows where my house keys are. I was told they would contact the crew and see if they knew where it was... big shock, I didn't hear back from anyone. 
Bottom line: the floors look amazing, they really do quality work, and even though the tile was done wrong it WAS done well. I'm just flabbergasted at how disorganized the whole process was.

he team that came out were all professional, kind and installed our carpet with top skill and worked wonderful as a team.

We were satisfied from start to finish. Rick in sales gives you as much time as you need to make a choice and offers multiple options for product and price. The installation team was fantastic and left the job site clean.

UPDATE!
We had an issue with the wall to wall carpet and called Rick. He was out to our house in quick order to ascertain the damage, took pictures and sent them to the manufacturer for review. He advised us that the manufacturer would most likely send an adjuster to confirm our claim. Based on his pictures the manufacturer sent replacement carpet which appears to be of better quality. The appointment was made for the team to come in and remove/install. We are very impressed by the follow up of both Rick and Brad. They stood by their product and lived up to their warranty. My "A" rating stands.

Excellent, from the first meeting with Kristen Sullivan till the completion Sullivan Carpet's employees were top notch and started and finished when they said they would ! They also pointed out some aspects of the job I overlooked and took care of it straight away !

Sullivan & Son was prompt to come out to give an estimate, and provided a competitive quote for refinishing approx 2,500 sq ft of oak hardwood floors throughout the house.  They accommodated a tight time frame of exactly when we wanted the work done.  They had a single point of contact for our project, and she has been very helpful not only with the hardwood refinishing, but answering flooring questions about other parts of the house and helping us with carpeting and other considerations.  Their crew was on time and professional.  Most importantly, the wood floors look spectacular!  They did a terrific job.  There was very minimal disruption to the trim from the sanding/staining that will need touching up.  They did a beautiful job on many odd spaces/tricky places (for example, reaching underneath decorative columns to the extent possible) and the quality really shows.  They taped off the doors to the rooms that do not have hardwood, and taped all of the smoke alarms, etc. to prevent dust/damage during sanding.  They were on time throughout the project.  They were very easy to communicate with and work with.  We would definitely recommend them for a hardwood refinishing project!

The job was completed expeditiously and professionally. All aspects of the job were excellent.Their quality and price compared to the "800-588" competitor was significant.

These guys were awesome. They were able to find some "scrap" carpet in the color I was looking for which cut my cost by approx. 40%. They had the carpet bound in less than 1 week and it was installed in less than 1 hour. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. My wife was home alone with the children and was completely comfortable. Will be using Sullivan's for all flooring needs going forward.

They were quick, they had a showroom and their crew came in and finished in half a day which was very nice. They were great.
