ProTech did a fine job. The work was basic but not entirely pleasant and they did a good job of being though and cleaning up the space afterward.

Larry and his crew did an excellent job repairing and painting our old home. The crew arrived early every day, worked hard and stayed late. The workers were kind, collegial and dedicated to the task. When asked to do additional work, they complied without hesitation. They were efficient without sacrificing quality. Larry supervised the work and, as the project neared completion, he surveyed the entire house and made a punch list of incidental findings that made the result even better. We are looking forward to their return to refurbish our barn.

I was dissatisfied with their not finishing in a timely manner, they were taking way to long to finish the job. I am also upset that they did not finish paying one of the subcontractors, that I know of. I did find out that one of the subcontractors is still owed about $11,000

"COVID HIT AND EMPLOYEES LEFT TO RECEIVE STATE AND FEDERAL AID WHILE NOT WORKING NEW EMPLOYEES WERE HIRED AND COMPLETED HIS WORK. He is incorrect on amount owed to a garage door installer. There was a $500.00 late payment due to Jack not finishing his final payment. The work was quality and additional work owed was given to him for free due to the covid employee void. Thank you."

Larry is not a real contractor. He is a nice guy, but he is just hustling to keep a bunch of projects in the air long enough that he does not have too many bills to pay at any one time... He uses guys who appear to be actively on drugs on the job and does not supervise them(I found syringes). If you must use Larry, ask for a certificate of insurance with yourself named as also insured before they even set foot on the property. I would also recommend setting up Ring cameras so you have some protection when some fall and injures themselves on your property...as happened at my home.

Very friendly and did a nice job. The perch was solid. But, as the work was being wrapped up, they got a little lazy and did not finish well. They split some rails and did not replace them.

Project still not done and no communication from them. The man in charge just stopped by to see if I was happy with the project. I told him it had not ever started and I had received no word. Very, very disorganized company!!

"Susan was informed at all times. Became impatient waiting on Trex to arrive that was back-ordered. We had no control over suppliers and the choice of product. All of her contracts were met to her approval on our final walkthru. We were paid in full with a thank you? We installed a free mailbox and did extra work due to the extended wait on Trex. I like Susan but felt she was confused about deck construction."
