Great service from the sales person, the estimator,installers and the front desk. Installers were on time and very professional. Very detailed when removing old floor and setting the new tile. The floor looks perfect. We highly recommend them from the minute you walk into the store until the last workman leaves your house

The next day the installer called to set up a day & time for the installation. We contacted the store the day before install because they were calling for snow. We were assured the installer would be there anyway.
It started snowing the morning of installation. After several phone calls and some confusion the installation was post-poned At that point My husband had already come home from work to be there for the installer.
The installer came the next scheduled day but he was late and not feeling well. After 10 minutes of listening to his health issues he finally got to work. In our opinion the install was done well and we were happy with it.
Since then we ordered our carpet and are anxious to get it put in. I would use My Dad's Flooring again and highly recommend them.
**the ratings above were a combination of the retail store and the installer. If I were to rate just the retail store I would have rated all A's and price a B. We really didn't compare price anywhere else so I don't know the value of their price except that I was happy with the total price with of materials and installation
"Thank you for your review. We sincerely appreciate your comments related to Sarah and apologize for the scheduling issues related to the snow and our installation mechanic feeling ill. It is always difficult deciding when to postpone a job related to winter weather. Our philosophy has been to not postpone installations in advance because too many times the weatherman is wrong and we know that postponing an installation is disruptive to the customer. The downside of this approach is that when the weatherman is right or the weather is worse than forecast we are forced to postpone at the last minute which is what happened in this instance. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this caused you and your husband."

They had to reschedule carpet installation due to truck fire.
Showed up on time as per new date 12/31.
Worked nonstop excellent job again as we had carpeting installed previously.
Dealing with My dads is an aggravation free pleasure.
"I debated responding to this review. However, because Angie’s list subscribers expect fair and honest reviews I feel it is my responsibility to allow you to hear our sides of the store. I was surprised at the low grades we received. The carpet in question was originally installed in 2006. The customer initially complained in 2007 that their carpet was getting dirty too quickly and wearing. At that time the customer was given a full credit which they applied towards different carpeting which was installed in 2008. The customer then in 2013 complained that their second carpeting was not performing to their expectations and was given a second credit for 2/3 of the original purchase price which they applied towards new carpeting. In both incidences we had the carpet evaluated by the manufacturer and in both cases the manufacturer did not find any problem. Further, in the most recent claim we also had an independent certified inspector evaluate the carpeting and they also did not find a problem with the product. I sincerely believe we were fair and reasonable in accommodating the customer and do not feel that our poor grades are justified in light of our actions."

"Thank you for your comments. Bathrooms, foyers and other smaller or tight areas are frequently more expensive than people expect. This is because the labor and time associated with working in tight area, particularly in smaller bathroom can be the same or more than the labor required to do a much larger area such as a family room or kitchen. Thus, although you are using much less material than on a large area the labor component dominates and has a bigger than expected impact on the pricing. Despite your concerns on the cost, I am very glad to hear that you are happy with the work we did for you."
It went according to schedule, installers were professional and courteous, wouldn't hesitate to use them again, did a beautiful job!Its nice to deal with local merchants, as opposed to contractors imported from East Jabip!
