"Booking the appointment was easy - I did not ask for a quote because we have used them a dozen times over the years.  They gave us a 2 hour time window and were on time.  They asked about the stains to make sure they were pet stains.  Also washable marker stains - wow, I thought the carpet was ruined, but it came up! They cleaned a large chair for me and asked about a stain guard finish - but not a hard sell.  I always get it. Clint and his crew has extended the life of my carpet!  I would never use anyone else - they really take the time to pay attention to their job and you can tell they take pride in their work.

"About a year and a half ago, we purchased a condo in the Valley. For some reason the previous owners thought it was a good idea to put cream colored carpeting throughout the ski chalet. With all of the traffic and several late night parties at our place, the somewhat new carpet was looking like it needed replacing. I did some research through Homeadvisor, received some calls and estimates, and felt Don was the best fit. He was super honest with me, seemed like he knew his stuff, and wasn’t pushy. Just on the phone call I felt I could trust him and gave him our lock box code. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical that he or anyone was really going to be able to do much with our carpets. But boy was I wrong. I have photos of before and after that I’m happy to share if anyone is interested. He was able to get out several candlewax stains, wine stains, puppy poop stains. You name it. We walked in a couple days later and were just in awe. It was like brand new. So needless to say, we are very happy with the service we received from Green Mountain carpet cleaning. Given all of the snow boots and muddy sneakers and puppy paws that come in and out of our place, I will surely be using them again. Thanks again Don!!"
