While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Dave is knowlegable, his crew is polite, and hard working. They give the homeowner a perfect result. He treats your home repairs as if it were his own home. Our roof came out beautiful, they tore off the old roof, replaced anything that was questionable, put special ice barrier down and replaced all the shingles. He built a decorative chimney box with matching vinyl and white trim, very nice. They had a dumpster there and cleaned up every day before they left. Everything was included for the price he quoted. He actually charged us less than his quote. Dave is a professional, he writes everything up for you prior to starting a job. He checks the job beforehand and explains everything he is going to do. Right now, Dave is putting in a hardwood floor for us with all new trim. He did the subfloor over concrete and plywood, the floor is not level, it has a lump going across the concrete half, then a crack and a plywood half.. I was impressed by the way they fastened the plywood subfloor, a screw every 8 inches. So far the job looks perfect. He is meticulous about his work and cleanup. He raised up our deck and put cement pillars in. They did a nice job, it's perfectly level. We will always use Dave for anything we need. Soon we are having our ceilings repaired and French doors replaced. Not everyone needs this much work done, so I can honestly say our experience with Dave's Home Repair thus far has been 100% and I don't expect his standards will change. Dave will give you the best quality jobs at a fair price. I think he's dedicated to customer satisfaction."
