Viscuso electric helped me out last minute when I was in a jam. The work was done well and I will definitely use them again in the near future.

Nice guy, very responsive and on time. Price was about double what it should have been for the amount of time spent onsite. Not a huge deal, but took down the entire home's electric instead of just the affected circuit to perform the repair, Also did not leave an itemized receipt and bill of repairs/parts.

He was wonderful. He did what we asked him to do, was prompt, and called us right away. He was here when he said he would be and even took care of the ants in the outlet.

He showed up when he said he would. I needed an electrician on a tight schedule. He fixed the wiring errors that were done by the previous owners of the house from years ago. He also untangled a rats nest of wiring and left it properly done.

Fast and friendly

I can't say enough about about the customer service and quality of service we received from Viscuso & Son Electric, LLC. They reached out to us quickly and arranged a convenient day to come to our home. Ralph was incredibly honest. We thought we had an electrical problem which another electrician said we did. We ended up having a tripped GFI plug that we weren't aware of. He could have been dishonest as the other electrician was. He installed a new light fixture outside our garage and installed a new plug with wiring to fix a bad wiring project done by the previous owners. Ralph was fast and did a great job. Very happy with the work he did. We have another project we will be using him for and have already recommended him to a friend.

Super experience -- Ralph responded immediately, came by within a day to fix four items that had been on my to-do list, and had them all completed perfectly within a few hours for a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful, too. Will definitely hire again.

Ralph was prompt, thorough, providing a layman's understanding of what the system's strengths and weaknesses were. He showed the areas where the system was worn, and explained why it did not require immediate replacement Since the issue arose during a closing examination for the sale of the house, we needed full clarity for both sides.
