I received a call from Rich within 20 minutes of sending a message to him! When Rich arrived at my home for an estimate later that day, I was very impressed with his professionalism and the way he explained how he was moving forward to repair the leech field of my septic system. He scheduled the job to begin a few days later and as promised he was prompt and stayed in constant communication with me during each day as the job progressed. Rich and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with and coming from a person who does not do reviews, I couldn t let the opportunity pass to rave about my experience with Tricon!

Rich and his guys are great, Rich came out a few weeks prior to take a look at what i needed, came out two weeks later( bigger job then normal and great communication through out) graded and compacted my site as to what i needed within a few hours. These guys are QUICK and GREAT at what they do, they will be coming back to hook into my spectic for the new bathroom, defiantly reasonably priced as well

I called Tricon and left a message. They called back and said they would come after 5 o'clock to look at the job and came the following day to remove the stump. They were very professional and courteous. They removed all the debris and there was nothing for me to clean up. I was extremely satisfied.

While I was having my driveway repaved, the contractor accidentally snapped off my clean-out and the cover collapsed into the tank. I called Tricon and left them a message. They called back within 5 minutes and were at my house within two hours to access the problem and give me my options. They came the very next day to make the repairs. There price was reasonable and the service was first rate!

*Update* Rick completed a two-week project on my house that was perfect. His quote said exactly what was being done and he went over every detail with us. We installed a drainage system and put in a new front blue stone porch. The guys were great the whole time and everything was spotless. I plan on hiring Tricon for other projects.** Rich has been here several times as we have decided to add more work to this project. I highly recommend he is very professional and prices are fair!

He gave us a really good estimate and finished the job in record time. He was professional and very knowledgeable when it came to specifications. Rich and his crew are some of the most professional and hardest working people I have encountered. They came in to repair a sewer line which was the deepest they have seen in a residential neighborhood - 7+ feet. The pipe was difficult to locate and in bad shape, but they finished the project and did an excellent clean up. While they where onsite, I also have underground pipes installed to redirect my gutters to a small creek in my backyard as I have bad water retention and erosion issues. They completed that project quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Tricon Excavating has done several projects for me. They installed drainage channels and a sump pump, did an outdoor interlocking paver project for our hot tub base and set up an outdoor kitchen space. Richard also did extensive landscape work, both hardscape and soft scape. I was very happy with Richard's high quality work. He was on time every day and he also has a pleasant personality which made working with him a such a pleasure.
