Everything they did, they did well. The only improvement for all our sakes would have been to get a clear idea of overall cost in a contract but itâ  s clearly a hard time to do that with material costs, labor costs etc. We are in the home stretch now and have a short check list for Brian. I've worked as a carpenter's apprentice for the last two years developing my skill and equipment set.
