Rick is professional, solutions-oriented and easy to work with. He completed the work (a front deck removal and addition) as promised and on time. The work required some creativity and Rick worked with us to determine the best solution. Overall we are very pleased with his work and will look to him for future jobs.

We hired Jones country services to build 300 square foot deck and 175 square foot cover porch although Rick was a pleasant guy the quality of work was shoddy at best here are a few of the issues. The entire porch settled about 3 inches one end of in settle more than 5 inches because Mr. Jones assured us that a footing consisting of 1 bag of cement 16 inches below grade was sufficient to support the weight of the porch and the roof. There are only 3 4x4 support post across the 22 foot span of the porch. They are only secured to the outside leaguer so the floor joist have puled away almost an inch. The porch is coming apart after just 6 months. The deck is also supported by 3 posts, over a 27 foot span. Those 6x6 post also sit on just 1 bag of cement 16 inches below grade. The center post has settled almost 3 inches. There are other issues to many to mention. Now of the floor joist are not pressure treated so I will have to water proof at least once a year later we have to hire a reputable contractor to fix this.
