"Springbrook Appliance came to my rescue once again! Temperatures inside my refrigerator were rising and after some troubleshooting, I determined a small re-circulation fan in my 4-year-old GE refrigerator had seized. After researching amazon.com and a few other websites to find the part, I contacted Jameson late in the day on a Friday to see if he had the part in stock as the other locations could not deliver for over 7 days. "On time arrival, took shoes off, courteous, and knowledgeable. Looked at multiple appliances (e.g. microwave, dishwasher, washer, and fridge) and explained everything he was doing. Was able to replace the door switch on my microwave (had the OEM part in his cargo van). In the process, a separate issue with the microwave occurred (the interior dome light would no longer come on). He spent several minutes trying to troubleshoot but we could not figure out. We reached a fair agreement on price due to this unfortunate situation. He also provided a temporary fix on my refrigerator’s defrost drip tray (which was cracked and leaking). He provided me with the replacement part number so that I could purchase and do the swap myself (and save money). I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will use him again."
