On time arrival, took shoes off, courteous, and knowledgeable. Looked at multiple appliances (e.g. microwave, dishwasher, washer, and fridge) and explained everything he was doing. Was able to replace the door switch on my microwave (had the OEM part in his cargo van). In the process, a separate issue with the microwave occurred (the interior dome light would no longer come on). He spent several minutes trying to troubleshoot but we could not figure out. We reached a fair agreement on price due to this unfortunate situation. He also provided a temporary fix on my refrigerator’s defrost drip tray (which was cracked and leaking). He provided me with the replacement part number so that I could purchase and do the swap myself (and save money). I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will use him again.

We broke our garbage disposal Monday evening and was able to find RJ and book an appointment online for the very next day. They were a little late due to the commute from the prior job but when I called, the person on the phone was able to tell me right away the delay and the repair persons showed up shortly after. He advised me on replacing and had the part and finished all within an hour. With two kids and a constant stream of activity in the kitchen I was really happy overall being able to self-schedule, get the service, and get it addressed all before the next day's dinner. Thank you and will definitely use them again!

The repairman Janak was punctual and very pleasant. He fixed the clothes dryer heating element. It only took him and his assistant about 40 minutes and they did a wonderful Job at a fair price.

Very responsive and professional service. First visit included a diagnosis visit $39.99, a part needed to be ordered which they did. The cost of the diagnosis visit reduced the final bill. After replacement of the part, we did a full test and are very satisfied.
