Springbrook Appliance came to my rescue once again! Temperatures inside my refrigerator were rising and after some troubleshooting, I determined a small re-circulation fan in my 4-year-old GE refrigerator had seized. After researching amazon.com and a few other websites to find the part, I contacted Jameson late in the day on a Friday to see if he had the part in stock as the other locations could not deliver for over 7 days. Jameson responded within an hour and much to my luck, he had the part in stock! He was able to get it to me within a few hours, saving my weekend and preventing a lot of spoiled food. Thank you very much!!!

Awesome service!! Our refrigerator was intermittently running louder than normal. On the first visit, refrigerator wasn't making noise that I called about. Jameson took hours to try to get the refrigerator to make the noise while he was there. He took the some of the refrigerator apart and narrowed it down to 2 fans. He patiently explained his findings to me and stated that because the noise never came during his visit, he wasn't 100% sure which fan was making the noise. He proved to be trustworthy when he was honest that because of the lack of noise, he couldn't be 100% sure and didn't want us to waste money. As a customer, I REALLY appreciate that, as some repairman would have just taken a guess, charged us, and potentially left us with the same problem. I decided to pay him the trip fee and call him back when the noise came back and hopefully it would still be doing it when he returns. Sure enough, the noise came back in a few days and his assistant was able to quickly confirm which fan was the problem. His assistant even cleaned the glass shelves before putting the parts back together. I'm thoroughly satisfied! This is now our go to appliance repair company!! We will be recommending to our neighbors and friends.

They were very good, they replaced a tube and put in the old filter and everything fine.

Jamison did a great job and was able to fit us into his schedule very quickly. I called him to schedule the appointment on Thursday evening and he said that he could try to come by on Friday, or Monday of the next week. Thank goodness, he was able to get here late on Friday evening. We had been experiencing a lot of noise coming from behind the microwave for about 6 weeks and saw a bird going in and out of the outside vent. Another company removed a large amount of debris from the outside of the house and replaced the vent guard, but couldn't reach all the way down into the duct work where the greatest majority of debris was piled up. Jamison removed the microwave and the birds nest was crammed right up to the exhaust fans on the microwave. It was disgusting and stinky! We removed all of the debris (and there was A LOT), disinfected and sanitized the vent and replaced the duct tape around the opening. He removed the fan housing which had become clogged with debris. Upon cleaning the microwave was reattached to the bracket mount and everything is good as new! We were very happy with Jamison's work and we will certainly have him back for any jobs we have in the future. We highly recommend him!

I placed a request for service through Angie's list and was contacted the same day by Jameson. He was able to identify the issue based on my description prior to arriving to our house. He came prepared with the parts we needed, he arrived at the scheduled timeframe, contacted us thirty minutes ahead of his arrival and repaired the refrigerator in less than one hour. We used an Angie's list ten dollar off coupon, but the total price was less than you would pay a commercial appliance rep to just show up! We would definitely contact Springbrook appliances in the future. Jameson is professional, experienced with all the brands, and super easy to work with.

Yesterday, my wife informed me that the clothes dryer wasn't getting warm, although the controls worked and it tumbled the clothes. I immediately suspected the heating element and searched Angie's List for an appropriate repairman. Jameson the owner of Springbrook Appliance Repair called me within 15 minutes. After discussing the problem with him, he confirmed that the problem was probably the heating element or the overtemperature thermostat. We made an appointment for this afternoon Jameson arrived exactly on time and quickly confirmed the heating element was bad. He disassembled the dryer rapidly and replaced the heating element While he had it apart, he used his industrial vacuum to thoroughly clean the interior of the dryer cabinet. Jameson is a skilled appliance repairman who charges a reasonable price. After discussing his work and other appliance problems I have had in the past, I believe that he is fully capable of repairing any laundry or kitchen appliance. I have added his phone number to my address book as a must call number for all future appliance repairs. I would highly recommend this company for any and all repairs. I live in an over-55 community and have listed Springbrook in our online contractor recommendation sections.

Jameson was very easy to contact, and was able to come for an appointment the day after I called. He arrived within the designated time window, and texted when he was on his way. He identified the problem quickly and had the parts with him necessary to fix the issue. He was very respectful, and took care to not damage anything while taking apart the dryer. He cleaned up everything after he was finished. I would certainly hire him again.
