He damaged our property and is refusing to make things right. He is a liar and I DO NOT recommend his company! STAY AWAY FROM ABS APPLIANCES.

Malik(sic) was prompt in answering my initial contact about my fridge problem. He called me from doctors appointment to ask if he could come the next day. I allowed it. He came to my home extremely sick and didn’t wear a mask or carry wipes. I should have been smarter and sent him home but one is selfishly worrying about their fridge. Of course he touched everything inside and outside of the fridge eventually making me sick, though I Clorox wiped everything immediately after he left. His diagnosis was the air damper was not working properly and needed to be replaced. He was on the phone with Customer Service of my Samsung Fridge. He estimated about $289 for parts and labor. He also stated the part needed to be ordered and he would let me know when it arrived. After more than a week, I texted him for an update about my part. He didn’t respond. I had to text and call him again a few days later. Once I got in touch with him he quoted $340 and said it included pricing for his Angie’s List deal. I asked him to send me a detailed price quote. He also stated when I called him that I had to give him and answer before the end of the day otherwise the part wouldn’t be available for purchase. I didn’t bite and he later that day he texted me the part number if I wanted to order it myself, contradicting himself. I knew at this point he’s not someone I would ever do business with as he lied to me, took a long time to text me a quote and it wasn’t detailed at all. He even said if I bought the part myself he would install if for $75. I texted him I would no longer do business with him due to his lack of professionalism. I also know that if I ordered the part myself and he installed it, it wouldn’t be warrantied or if anything went wrong he would blame me for ordering a faulty or incorrect part. I found out from the company I did eventually use I was correct. Samsung wouldn’t have warrantied the part if it failed. The $49 was the initial consult price that I would get back in the final pricing if I used him to complete job. He never deducted the $49 from the final price quote, which is another reason I found him untrustworthy. I’ve lost his number forever.

ABS visited promptly and Jimmy did a great job very efficiently. It will give us a few more years from an old and faithful washing machine.

Called when my dryer stopped working and they were able to schedule me the next morning. I provided the dryer details and the technician came by during the window the next day with the required parts. Dryer was fixed within 24 of my initial call. Great service and great communication. Will definitely use next time I have appliance issues.

The service person was prompt , courteous and professional. He identified that there was nothing wrong with my fridge ! ( what a relief) and explained in detail what had happened to make to make it temporally malfunction.

Excellent service. Good communication. Very polite. Will be using in the future for our appliance repairs.

ABS Appliance was great in getting the refrigerator fixed. Office was very responsive on the phone with scheduling and Shaun was great in explaining and fixing the problem. I would recommend them and will be using them again if any appliances break again

I called the service after my washer/dryer stackable unit stopped working, the appointment was set for next day. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable as well. If I need to, definatly will call them again.
