"I've hired Adam twice now, once to move my treadmill from one room to another, the second to resolve an error on the treadmill. The first time was pretty routine, but obviously I was satisfied enough to call him again when I had problems. He truly went above and beyond. He not only resolved the problem, which took trying several different things, he showed me the proper way to maintain the treadmill myself. He's even contacting the manufacturer to let them know about the issue. I"m sure this took longer than he expected, but he was cheerful throughout and explained everything he was doing. I'm very impressed with his professionalism, pleasantness, and most importantly, results."

"We ordered a custom shed and put down a deposit. Three months later had to call the county to find out that our building permit was never submitted. After several unreturned phone calls and emails, we were told that our file was mixed up with someone else’s and they never submitted the permit paperwork. Finally received our permit and waiting on concrete install. We were told they forgot that they were supposed to arrange the concrete which resulted in more delays. We finally cancelled. This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with."

It’s usually possible to install a playground yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Playground construction can be complicated and involves moving large, heavy, and bulky components into place while you affix them to other pieces. For artificial turf that’s the most durable, look for heat-resistant products with thicker blades. Keep in mind that there’s a difference between artificial grass versus artificial turf, with turf consisting of a shorter look while artificial grass is longer and more closely resembles real grass.

Rubber mulch is widely considered the best material to place under a playset. This material option provides more cushioning than traditional wood mulch for added protection, remains cooler than sand and most other materials in direct sunlight, and it’s low maintenance. Rubber mulch is slightly more expensive than other common options at $120 per cubic yard on average, whereas pine bark mulch is $30 per cubic yard.
